  The swimming pool, which is quite lovely, surrounded by nature and the sound of the cicadas, is most of the time overran by families with little kids screaming and running around, splashing water to unsuspecting sunbathing guests, while the parents do nothing about it. This hotel would really benefit with an 'adults only' policy.

  Upon arrival, I noticed that the hotel was in a good location, near enough to the highway so it was easily accessible. In addition, it was clean and tidy and the hotel staff were friendly. Although they spoke little English across the whole region, I was able to communicate using a moderately strong level of Spanish and they understood. Good experience overall

  We were interested in tasting some of the medical water. Very good attention, but only in Spanish. Nice place to relax a bit.

  This is not a place where you can actually relax. The facilities and the personnel are quite good and I would have given it more stars if it was just for that. Our room was nice and clean enough, the staff very friendly and helpful. The problem with this wellness centre is that it was quite overcrowded. The wellness treatment, which is supposed to be an hour of bliss and relaxation, it's just completely jam-packed with people who for the life of them can not enjoy things in quietness and are constantly engaging in loud chatter, even inside the dark lit sauna. This situation would have been a bit more endurable if the hotel didn't try to cram so many people together in such a small place.
