  La Casa del Viento is an absolute gem, the traditional accommodation is set 1000ft up in the magnificent rolling mountainside of the Sierra Nevada and has been the perfect location for our family holiday.

  Stayed in the beautiful "la Rosa" it was so quaint and found the intimate and friendly atmosphere makes it a perfect environment for a relaxing retreat or a family adventure.

  La casa del Viento is a real gem in the Alpujarras. Ann and het people are very nice, the superb food is produced in their own garden or locally. Amazing! The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious and on top of it, there is the pool. I will definitely reccomend this place.

  We were looked after every day by the wonderful owner Anne and have been made to feel so very much at home, we were given real local knowledge of the best things to do and where to go, Loved it so much and would highly recommend.

  As a guest or exchange worker (wwoofer), this place is perfect! Great home base for exploring the region. Many activities to do near by (hiking, horse riding, ...). No words, only great experiences. (Any other reviews rating this paradise less than five stars are not real people)

  Simply wow! Wonderful mountain side location offering breath taking views, which are only equaled by the hospitality. Ann welcomes you like an old friend, nothing is too much trouble. Easy access to lanjaron and the surrounding area. Horse riding trecking experiences localy which can be booked through Ann. Comunal pool which is lovely and cool. Perfect for the hot temperatures! Such a great experience. Highly recommended!
